There has recently been an increase in the number of gastric ulcer, due to an increasing stressful life-style caused by rapid rhythms which are typical of modern times.
A co-related cause which induces this illness is the infection provoked by Helicobacter pylori on mucous gastric tissue.
Our work has focused its attention on the search of a biotechnological antibiotic which can interfere on basal metabolism for the life of Helicobacter pylori, a discovery dating back to 1982, when two scientist, Robin Warren and Barry Marshall were given the Nobel Prize.
The best solutin was to oblige the Helicobacter pylori to produce without any pause the repressor of a genic string which synthesize by hydrogenase, a relevant enzyme to metabolize hydrogen, through the recombination of a plasmid vector.
